Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026
The short version
- Catagraph helps you plan courses from your school’s official catalog. Your school’s catalog, registrar, and advisors have the final word.
- Use your own account, use it honestly, and don’t try to break or copy the service.
- How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and INTEGRIIT LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Catagraph (catagraph.io, app.catagraph.io and the Catagraph mobile apps). By using Catagraph, you agree to these terms. If your school has a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
2. What Catagraph is, and isn’t
Catagraph answers questions about courses, prerequisites, policies, and campus locations using the catalog and information your school publishes or provides, and shows the reasoning behind its answers.
Catagraph is a planning aid, not your school’s official record or an official academic decision. Catalogs change, and individual cases can have exceptions. Before you register, graduate, or make a decision that matters, confirm with your school’s official catalog, registrar, or your advisor. Decisions about waivers, substitutions, and exceptions are made by your school, not by Catagraph.
3. Your account
- Sign up with your own school email and accurate information.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us right away at support@catagraph.io if you think someone else is using it.
- Advisor and faculty accounts are for people your school has authorized in those roles.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Access another person’s account or data, or try to get around security or rate limits.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or copy Catagraph’s data or answers, or use the service to build a competing product.
- Reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
- Use Catagraph to harass anyone, break the law, or violate your school’s policies, including academic integrity rules.
- Upload anything harmful, such as malware, or overload the service.
5. Faculty tools and Canvas
If you connect Canvas, you confirm you’re authorized to connect that course. Catagraph acts in Canvas only on your instructions, and doesn’t send announcements or make changes until you confirm them. You can disconnect at any time.
6. Our content and yours
Catagraph’s software, design, and name belong to INTEGRIIT LLC. Course catalogs and school information belong to their schools. Your questions and plans are yours; you let us store and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Catagraph available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or current with every catalog change. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a significant change to these terms, we’ll update the date above and give notice in the app.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Catagraph and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we’ll tell you why when we can.
9. Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, INTEGRIIT LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including registration, enrollment, or graduation outcomes that follow from relying on Catagraph instead of confirming with your school, and our total liability to you for any claim related to Catagraph is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (for students using it through their school, that is usually nothing). Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your school’s agreement with us says otherwise or the law where you live requires otherwise.
